Ils exercent leurs fonctions b\u00e9n\u00e9volement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, il se structure en 7 \u00e0 8 commissions permanentes, chacune pilot\u00e9e par un membre du bureau et chaque membre du Syndicat s&#8217;engage \u00e0 int\u00e9grer une commission, tous re\u00e7oivent une lettre de mission;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diff\u00e9rence majeure, sous l&#8217;autorit\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident, un Syndic-Gestionnaire est recrut\u00e9 en charge de la totalit\u00e9 de la gestion administrative, organisationnelle et financi\u00e8re (comme dans une copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 traditionnelle). Il engage le personnel n\u00e9cessaire pour exercer ses missions.
