Il nous semble important de vous apporter des \u00e9l\u00e9ments clairs, factuels et apais\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis notre \u00e9lection en juin 2025, notre priorit\u00e9 est simple : agir dans l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif, avec rigueur, transparence et dans le respect du cadre l\u00e9gal et statutaire qui r\u00e9git notre association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous comprenons que certaines interrogations puissent \u00e9merger et nous devons donc vous apporter les explications suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sur la question de l&#8217;approbation des comptes 2024 :&nbsp;<\/strong>Nous avons&nbsp;missionn\u00e9&nbsp;un commissaire aux comptes qui a certifi\u00e9 sans&nbsp;r\u00e9serve&nbsp;le&nbsp;d\u00e9ficit&nbsp;de 285 000 \u20ac.&nbsp;Malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sentation de ce rapport lors de notre&nbsp;AGE&nbsp;du 13 d\u00e9cembre 2025, la majorit\u00e9 de vos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ASCAPE (vos repr\u00e9sentants de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9) les ont refus\u00e9s. Nous tenons \u00e0 rappeler en premier lieu que cet important d\u00e9ficit&nbsp;est de la seule et unique responsabilit\u00e9 de la gouvernance en place en 2024, \u00e0 savoir Pr\u00e9sident&nbsp;Mr Michel ALQUIER et des deux Vice-Pr\u00e9sidents&nbsp;Mr Alain ROBERT et Mme Catherine RAGOT.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis notre prise de fonction, plusieurs actions concr\u00e8tes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des d\u00e9marches qui ont abouti \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser l&#8217;acc\u00e8s aux piscines du centre village \u00e0 vos locataires\u00a0: <strong>statut Etablissement Recevant du Public (ERP),\u00a0<\/strong>qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 volontairement d\u00e9class\u00e9 en juin 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fin 2024, un arr\u00eat\u00e9\u00a0pr\u00e9fectoral a interdit l&#8217;<strong>utilisation de l&#8217;eau REUT<\/strong>\u00a0(R\u00e9utilisation des Eaux Us\u00e9es Trait\u00e9es) arrosant le golf, pour non-respect de la r\u00e9glementation.\u00a0Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des \u00e9changes et des interventions avec la pr\u00e9fecture\u00a0qui nous ont permis de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer l&#8217;autorisation perdue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afin de s&#8217;assurer de la conformit\u00e9 de nos appels de charges ASCAPE, nous avons lanc\u00e9 un audit, non finalis\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour, sur les tanti\u00e8mes et la r\u00e9partition des charges. Nous ne manquerons pas de vous informer d\u00e8s sa finalisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9flexion en cours sur les\u00a0<strong>statuts de l&#8217;ASCAPE<\/strong>\u00a0: mise en place d&#8217;un groupe de travail compos\u00e9 de membres du syndicat et de propri\u00e9taires.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La professionnalisation de la gestion administrative de l&#8217;ASL ASCAPE faisant l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9 de vos demandes, le syndicat \u00e0 voter la nomination imm\u00e9diate d&#8217;un\u00a0<strong>gestionnaire d&#8217;ASL\u00a0<\/strong>conseill\u00e9 par le groupe de travail d\u00e9di\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement de l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration progressive de la communication et de la vie du village.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ma\u00eetrise du budget 2025 vot\u00e9, une \u00e9conomie de pr\u00e8s de\u00a0<u>80 000\u20ac\u00a0<\/u>a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/strong>Les comptes 2025 ont par ailleurs d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9s sans r\u00e9serve par le commissaire aux comptes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutes ces actions s&#8217;inscrivent dans une d\u00e9marche de fond qui demande du temps, de la rigueur et une validation juridique afin de garantir des solutions durables et conformes.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous souhaitons \u00e9galement rappeler que toutes \u00e9volutions importantes (statuts, organisation, repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 du syndicat) ont vocation \u00e0&nbsp;\u00eatre&nbsp;r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, discut\u00e9es et vot\u00e9es collectivement.
